After a Checkpie is completed, every guest has a share to pay back. Guests see I owe [name] with their amount; the owner sees the matching amount owed to them.Payment options
If the owner has set up payment options, guests can use them to pay their share directly.Debts in finerd
Each share that isn’t paid in cash becomes a debt in finerd, so the money you’re owed doesn’t get lost.- finerd can create a new debtor for a guest, or you can link the share to an existing debtor — pick the person under From my debtors → Select debtor.
- Linking to an existing debtor keeps everything that person owes you in one place across bills.
