In-app chat

The online support chat is available when you are signed in to the finerd app. Open it from the app’s settings or help section and describe what happened. You can attach screenshots directly in the chat.

  • The email address you use to sign in to finerd.
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Screenshots, if the problem is visible on screen.
