# How to track

## Open the receipt dashboard

As the owner, open your Checkpie to see the **Receipt dashboard**. It shows every participant, the amount each one owes, and the state of the split — all updating live as guests join and claim items.

## See who has claimed what

Items are grouped into **Fully claimed** and **Waiting for claims**, so you can tell at a glance what's still open. Items nobody has claimed are highlighted.

* Select a participant to filter the receipt down to their items.
* Use **Edit \[name]'s items** to adjust someone's selection on their behalf — useful for a guest who's at the table but not on their phone.

## Share or re-share the link

Need more people in? Share the link again from the dashboard (**Share with friends so they can select their items**) or show the QR code. The link is the same one as before.

## Complete the Checkpie

When everything is claimed, complete the Checkpie. finerd finalizes each person's share and turns it into a debt you can settle.

<Warning>
  Completing a Checkpie is final. Once completed, the split is locked — guests can't change their selections and items can't be edited. Chase any **Waiting for claims** items first.
</Warning>
