# Connect Finerd to Claude

> Use Finerd in Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code.

> Connect Finerd as a custom connector. The server URL is `https://api.finerd.ai/mcp`.

## Claude.ai or Claude Desktop

1. Go to **Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector**.
2. Paste the URL: `https://api.finerd.ai/mcp`
3. Sign in with your Finerd account.
4. Choose your access level — **Read-only** or **Read & Write**.

## Claude Code (CLI)

1. Run: `claude mcp add --transport http finerd https://api.finerd.ai/mcp`
2. In Claude Code run `/mcp`, select **finerd**, then **Authenticate** — your browser opens for sign-in.
3. Sign in and choose your access level.

  You can change access or disconnect anytime in Claude → Settings → Connectors.
